The Art of Experimentation

These experiments are designed to help you test each theory in your direct experience. Approach them with curiosity and playfulness, like a scientist exploring new territory. There are no right or wrong results - only discoveries.

Day One Theory Experiments

Hypothesis: "The body does not exist in time."

Explore your relationship with time through physical experience.

Experiment #1: Time Weight

Notice how much time you're carrying in your thoughts. When thinking about work deadlines, appointments, or past events, observe how many days/weeks/months of time each thought contains.

Example: A thought about next month's rent = 30 days of time weight

Experiment #2: Clock Watching

Watch an analog clock's second hand. Notice how time feels - can speed up or slow down based on your attention. Play with speeding up or slowing down your perception.

Experiment #3: One Day Living

Live as if you only have this one day. Notice how priorities and perceptions shift when you're not carrying past or future time.

Blank Slate Theory Experiments

Hypothesis: "The mind's natural state is empty."

Explore the space around and between thoughts.

Experiment #1: Blank Page

Sit with a blank page and pen. Notice the urge to fill the emptiness. Practice saying no to every impulse to write, staying with the blankness.

Experiment #2: Mind As Screen

View your mind as a movie screen. Notice thoughts as temporary projections on the always-present blank screen of awareness.

Experiment #3: Space Finding

Look for the space around thoughts. Notice the gaps and emptiness between mental activity.

Quantum Self Theory Experiments

Hypothesis: "The imagination in its purest state has infinite potential."

Explore the limitless nature of your quantum self.

Experiment #1: Limitation Mapping

Identify where you feel limited in life. Get close to these edges and explore them with curiosity rather than resistance.

Experiment #2: Movie Mode

View your life as a movie you're watching. Notice how this perspective shift changes your relationship to experiences.

Experiment #3: Infinite Possibilities

Practice seeing multiple possibilities in any situation, beyond binary either/or thinking.
